Yes! We, too, referred to our partners as our members (and sometimes you’ll catch us use this term as well-sometimes decades-long habits are hard to break!), however, we strongly feel the term “partner” best describes our relationship with each business or organization who chooses to invest annually in The Chamber’s pro-business mission.
A Partner has a vested interest in the success of a mission or task. They are actively engaged in the work needed to accomplish a vision. They provide needed influence, a specific expertise, and/or unique perspectives to get things done. Our program of work is developed by our Chamber Partners and for our Chamber Partners in direct response to the most pressing needs of business in Catawba County.
Shareholder is the term we use to refer to those Partners who invest in The Chamber of Catawba County at an annual investment level between $400-$1,574. We currently have three levels of Partnership: Micro-Enterprise, Business Builder, & Business Leaders.
