Conference Room Reservations

Host your next meeting, seminar, or retreat at The Chamber! Need a space to meet with a client? Looking for a place to host your Board Orientation? The Chamber of Catawba County conveniently offers three conference rooms available for rental for businesses, organizations, and individuals. Preferred rates available for Chamber Partners.

Room rentals are only available Monday-Friday from 9:00 am-5:00 pm and require 48 hour advance notice. A 24 hour cancellation notice is required.

Conference Room Options

Large Conference Room – For groups up to 50 people

The Large Conference Room is a 1,200 square foot versatile meeting space available for rent. It seats up to 50 people in a classroom-style set-up or 30 in a boardroom-style setup. The tables and plush leather executive chairs are on caster rollers, which allows for easy configuration and set-up to accommodate your needs.

Amenities include:

  • A 96″ rear-projected display wall and ceiling conference room speakers with an HDMI connection for presentations
  • Wi-Fi access
  • Coffee and water service (by request)
  • A laptop, laser pointer, or the use of the camera/audio equipment to accommodate videoconferencing/hybrid meetings can be rented separately from The Chamber
  • Restrooms and kitchen are located adjacent to the space
  • The room is accessible by a private entrance

Rental Rates (2-hour minimum):
-Partner Rate: $50 per hour or $250 per day 
-Non-Member Rate: $75 per hour or $300 per day 

Partner Privileges:
-Business Leader – 2 hours free / Bronze, Silver, Gold Level – 8 hours free / Platinum – 16 hours free / Titanium – unlimited free usage

A la Carte Rentals (Flat Rate):
-Laser Pointer – $10.00
-Laptop – $25.00
-Teleconference Technology – $75.00

Medium Conference Room – For groups up to 10 guests

The Medium Conference Room will accommodate 8-10 guests around the conference table comfortably. This space will serve as a great location for team meetings or small off-site retreats.

Amenities include:

  • Wi-Fi access
  • Coffee and water service (by request)
  • Whiteboard

Rental Rates:
-Partner Rate: $20 per hour
-Non-Member Rate: $30 per hour

Partner Privileges:
-Business Builder & Business Leader Levels- receive 8 hours of complimentary usage per month, based on availability. Investor Level- Free

Small Conference Room – For up to 6 guests

The Small Conference Room will accommodate 6 guests around the conference table comfortably. A perfect space for customer appointments, remote working, or team huddles. 

Amenities include:

  • Wi-Fi access
  • Whiteboard

Rental Rates:
-Partner Rate: $15 per hour
-Non-Member Rate: $25 per hour

Partner Privileges:
-Business Builder & Business Leader Levels- receive 8 hours of complimentary usage per month, based on availability. Investor Level- Free

Additional Partner Benefits 

  • Titanium Level Investors- unlimited complimentary usage of Large Conference Room
  • Platinum Level Investors- 16 hours complimentary usage of Large Conference Room
  • Bronze, Silver, Gold Level Investors – 8 hours complimentary usage of Large Conference Room
  • Business Leader Level – 2 hours complimentary usage of Large Conference Room
