This month, we kicked off a weekly educational series called Partner Tips! Over the next few months, you’ll learn about a privilege that you may have overlooked to help you maximize your Partnership benefits.
If you have never logged into your online Partner Portal yet, we suggest you do that first. Check out our first post for more information on how to update your company listing in our Business Directory here.
Did you know? The Chamber’s website can help you promote your company’s job postings, special events, and promotions? Do you have an offer you would like to share with others? Have a big event coming up and need a way to get the word out? Our Events Calendar is one of our most visited web pages! Take advantage of the reach in our community to assist you in promoting your company or organization.
To submit an event, click here to visit our Events Calendar. Click the green plus button at the top right hand side of the screen to submit a new event. All you have to do is input your details and submit your event for approval. You can even include fees and admission values, select an event category type, and add your contact information.
To post a Hot Deal, Member to Member Deal, or Job Search posting, you will need to be logged into your account. Once you are logged into your Partner Portal, click the drop down menu on the left hand side of the screen.
Let’s go with Hot Deals for an example. Click on “Hot Deals,” then click on the “Add Hot Deal” button on the top right hand side. Input all of your deal information and add a logo or image of the product or service if you’d like. Choose the dates you would like the Hot Deal displayed. Last, submit your deal for approval. Once approved, your Hot Deal will be visible here. Hot Deals can be viewed by anyone who visits our website. This is a great place to feature a discount or offer and gain referrals.
If you’d like to offer something more exclusive, to Partners only, repeat the same steps for Member to Member Deals. Member to Member Deals are only valid for Partners and only viewable within your Partner Portal.
Lastly, Job Postings are viewable here. You can add a Job Posting within your Partner Portal following the same steps mentioned above.
