Through Leadership Catawba, we cultivate leaders across business, education, nonprofits, and government who possess a comprehensive understanding of our community’s economic landscape and are dedicated to shaping Catawba County’s future.

We inform and advocate, on behalf of our Partners, for public policies at the local, state, and federal levels that support business and economic opportunity for Catawba County.

We provide superior and recognizable value to our Shareholders & Investors through events, programs and services to yield optimal membership engagement, retention, new membership growth and non-dues revenue.
