The Catawba County Economic Development Corporation & The Chamber are partnering on another Wages & Benefits Survey. Our goal is to equip you with local and timely data to assist you in optimizing your competitiveness for talent. The survey covers a wide array of compensation and benefits policies and should be completed by the person who manages your organization’s compensation levels or talent recruitment efforts.
We have attempted to represent an array of industries and/or occupations within Catawba County with this survey, however, we are aware that this is not fully comprehensive. Following the end of the survey period, we anticipate producing a summary report and providing it in early Summer. The 2022 Wages & Benefits Survey Report will only be provided to organizations who complete the entire survey.
We hope you will set aside the time to complete the survey, which will take approximately 2-3 hours of time (covering a wide array of compensation and benefits policies.)
More than 85 local employers representing more than 18,000 employees completed last year’s inaugural survey. The response from participants was unanimously positive. We are hoping to reach 125 employer submissions this year.
The reports will not include any individual organization data, nor will your submission(s) be provided or shared with other organizations beyond the survey analysts. Your wage/benefit information will remain confidential. The survey will close on Friday, May 20.
Thank you in advance for your participating in this year’s snapshot of our local talent market. Feel free to reach out to Nathan Huret with any questions or concerns that arise.
