Strategic Workforce Decisions Start with Local Data

The 2025 Catawba County Wage & Benefits Survey is now open. If you’re responsible for setting compensation strategy, managing workforce costs, or staying competitive in an ever-evolving labor market, this survey gives you something you can’t get anywhere else: real-time, local, and detailed wage and benefits data, specific to your industry in Catawba County and surrounding areas.

It’s open to employers across all sectors and sizes in Catawba County, and participation gives you access to information that can directly impact how you recruit, retain, and compensate your team.

Only those who complete the survey will receive the full report, which will be delivered by mid-June. Individual responses are always kept confidential and never shared.

Why participate?

  • Get reliable, up-to-date data that reflects our community —not national estimates
  • See how your compensation and benefits compare to others in your unique industry
  • Use the insights to strengthen your ability to attract and retain talent
  • Receive the full report at no cost—only available to survey participants who fully complete the survey

What to expect:

  • With up to 90+ data-entry points, it can take 90 minutes or more for first-time participants. However, you can start and stop as needed.
  • Open to all businesses—regardless of industry or size
  • Your input helps build a stronger, more useful resource for everyone

We’re working diligently to boost participation across industries to further increase the value of the data, and we’re grateful for your support in that effort.

Access the survey here that will close on May 30.
