We are delighted to welcome Adam Sides as a valuable addition to our HKY4Vets team, where he will contribute to our community, as our new Director of Operations. Sides joins us through the Department of Defense (DoD) SkillBridge program.
Sides has over 24 years of experience in strategic operations and team building and brings a wealth of expertise to the team.
Sides began his career in the military, specializing in Field Artillery. He has also worked in Information Technology and Engineer Corps roles.
Sides has a B.S. in Business Administration from Columbia Southern University and has received numerous awards and recognitions during his military career.
On a personal note, Sides has a deep fascination with quantum physics, exploring its intersection with spirituality. Throughout his career and personal life, he has remained dedicated to service, continuous learning, and fostering a supportive community.
As Director of Operations, he is dedicated to supporting transitioning military members and their families by connecting them with economic opportunities in the Hickory Metro region.
Sides is passionate about resilience coaching, problem solving, and veteran advocacy and those initiatives drive him to foster key partnerships and enhance professional networks for veterans. Sides is excited to contribute to the growth and success of our community.
