Frothy Rooster Ribbon Cutting

On November 16, 2023, we celebrated the Grand Opening of Downtown Hickory’s newest restaurant, Frothy Rooster. They are located at 1 North Center Street in Hickory and are open Monday through Saturday from 7:00 am-2:00 pm and on Sundays from 8:00 am-3:00 pm.

Chamber Ambassador, Melissa Aldrich, greeted the crowd at the entrance of Frothy Rooster, before introducing Chamber President/CEO, Lindsay Keisler, to share remarks. City of Hickory Mayor Hank Guess shared his excitement about the growth of Imagine One Hospitality, as well as the expansion downtown. Imagine One Hospitality’s Director of Hospitality and Special Events, Sallie Long, expressed her gratitude to all of those in attendance.

Frothy Rooster offers a menu “beyond breakfast” with favorites including benedicts, breakfast sandwiches, and salads. In addition, they also offer classic coffee beverages along with delicious concoctions on their Frothy Faves menu. Tea and cocktails are also served.

In a rush? Frothy Rooster offers a grab and go market full of small plates, to go salads, to go sushi, wraps, and bakery goods.
