Tapping into Talent Symposium Recap

Yesterday, we held our 2023 Tapping into Talent Symposium at Lenoir-Rhyne University, co-hosted by the Catawba County Economic Development Corporation. Over 125+ human resources professionals descended upon Belk Centrum to dive into topics surrounding the future of human resources and to learn about proven best practices, all while connecting with fellow professionals in our region.

We pulled together some industry experts and subject matter experts who helped inform and support our participants. Our Opening Keynote, Ashley Brooks, Vice President of Workplace Strategies at Human Technologies, Inc (HTI) presented a session on Leveraging Innovation to Maximize Your Talent Strategy.

Brooks’ engaging presentation gave participants actionable steps and new ideas to take back to their organizations.

Following her presentation, attendees had the opportunity to network, engage with sponsors, and choose their Breakout Session.
