The Chamber of Catawba County and the Catawba County Economic Development Corporation are proud to officially release the 2023 Wages & Benefits Survey for all Catawba County employers. We’ve tailored this survey to be relevant to most industries represented in Catawba County, including but not limited to, manufacturing, distribution and logistics, sales and customer service, professional services, healthcare, local government, non for profits, hospitality and more.
Spurred from your need for local and timely employee compensation data to drive better decision-making and optimize your competitiveness for talent, this comprehensive survey of over 90-data points includes, the average wage for various positions in highest demand by industry, benefits information, employment requirements and employee training and development. The survey includes common sections all participants will complete, while also offering specific questions based on your selected industry sector.
All companies who complete the survey will receive a detailed and anonymous report later this summer. Please be advised, the survey report will only be provided to those who complete the survey in its entirety—partial submissions will be excluded.
The final report will not include any individual business data, nor will your submission(s) be provided or shared with other organizations beyond the survey analysts. Your wage/benefit information will remain confidential.
