Ben Jenkins is the Manager/Owner at Caring Cremations in Hickory. Ben has been around funeral service all his life. Since he started working at his family firm Jenkins Funeral Home, he has learned so much about how to truly serve families correctly.
Ben joined his family’s firm full time in 2013. He is a 2012 graduate from Fayetteville College of Funeral Service. and is a NC Funeral Service Licensee (funeral director/embalmer.) Alongside his wife Meghan, they have two children, Tucker and Anderson.
Why did you apply to become an Ambassador?
I was already attending ribbon cuttings and having fun at First Friday Morning Brews, so it made sense to become an Ambassador!
What are you looking forward to most about being an Ambassador?
I am looking forward to meeting other young professionals in our community and to see how I may assist them.
What is your favorite Chamber event?
I am looking forward to the golf tournament but I also enjoy the morning brews! They are a great time and a feel good way to start the weekend.
