Lindsay Keisler Serves as a Keynote Speaker at the Catawba Valley Leadership Annual Conference

Lindsay Keisler, President/CEO of The Chamber of Catawba County, was honored to serve as a keynote speaker at the Catawba Valley Leadership Annual Conference—an event that brings together emerging and established leaders from across our region for a day of growth, reflection, and connection.

Hosted annually by the Catawba Valley Leadership Foundation, the conference is designed to inform, inspire, and strengthen leadership across business, nonprofit, and community sectors. This year’s event welcomed more than 500 attendees and was broadcast to several area schools, extending its impact to the next generation of leaders.

The conference featured a strong lineup of speakers, including Lindsay Keisler, Pastor Carlos Rodriguez (Senior Pastor, IChurch), Bruce Schronce (Executive Partner/CEO, StrongLead and CVLF Founder), Chase Keller (President, Granite Insurance), and Allan Williams (Founder, Anchor and Aspen Consulting). Each speaker brought a unique perspective, contributing to a meaningful and well-rounded experience for attendees.

In her keynote, Lindsay addressed the theme of being “All In,” challenging the common perception that leadership requires constant output and availability. Instead, she offered a different perspective—one rooted in alignment.

Drawing from her personal leadership journey, Lindsay shared candid reflections on the tension many leaders face between professional responsibility and personal presence. She spoke to the subtle ways leadership can divide our attention—and the importance of ensuring that our values, priorities, and daily actions tell a consistent story.

Leadership will gladly take everything you are willing to give, but it rarely asks who else is paying the price.”

She also encouraged attendees to reconsider the relationship between their personal and professional lives—not as competing priorities, but as interconnected spaces where leadership is both practiced and refined.

“Family isn’t in competition with leadership—it’s where leadership is formed and tested.

The Catawba Valley Leadership Annual Conference continues to play an important role in developing leaders who are committed to strengthening our community. Lindsay’s message reinforced a timely reminder: sustainable leadership is not found in doing more, but in leading with clarity, consistency, and alignment.

We thank the Catawba Valley Leadership Foundation for their partnership, for hosting this annual conference and for their bold vision for strengthening leaders across our region.
